1. Nature of My Services
As a freelance digital marketing professional, I provide customized digital services tailored to each client’s unique business goals. Since every project involves planning, research, strategy, design, and time investment, my services are non-returnable and cannot be resold.
2. Advance Payments
To begin any project, I may require an advance payment.
The advance payment confirms your booking and allows me to allocate time and resources to your project. Therefore, advance payments are generally non-refundable once the project has started.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- I am unable to start your project due to reasons entirely under my control.
- I mutually agree with you to cancel the project before any work has begun.
- A duplicate payment has been made by mistake.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Website design or development work has already started.
- SEO research, optimization, or implementation has begun.
- Social media content creation or campaign setup has commenced.
- Digital marketing strategies, reports, or consultations have been delivered.
- You decide to discontinue the project after work has started.
- You change your business plans or personal preferences.
- Delays occur because required information, content, images, approvals, or feedback are not provided by you.
- Project revisions requested within the agreed scope have already been completed.
5. Website Design Projects
Website design involves planning, design, customization, development, testing, and revisions.
Because each website is custom-built specifically for your business, payments made for completed work or project milestones are non-refundable.
6. SEO Services
SEO is a long-term marketing process, and search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Since SEO work begins immediately with research, technical analysis, optimization, and implementation, payments for SEO services are non-refundable after work has commenced.
7. Social Media Marketing Services
Social media marketing includes strategy development, content planning, creative design, account management, campaign optimization, and ongoing monitoring.
Once work has started, payments for these services are non-refundable.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely project completion, I request that you provide all necessary information, business details, content, images, approvals, and feedback within the agreed timeline.
Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication do not qualify for a refund.
9. Project Cancellation
You may request to cancel your project at any time.
If no work has started, I may consider a partial or full refund at my sole discretion.
If work has already begun, payment will be due for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining refund, if applicable, will be determined based on the project status.
10. Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with my services, I encourage you to contact me first so we can resolve the matter professionally.
Initiating an unnecessary payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the project.
11. Changes to This Refund Policy
I reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in my services or business practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
